I’m a storyteller at heart, a multicultural communicator by trade, and a believer in the transformative power of human connection. My career has been anything but linear—spanning creative agencies, big tech, and start-ups (you’ll spot the logos below). But if there’s a common thread, it’s this: I thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and people.

At my core, I’m driven by connection and inclusivity. I see the unique qualities in every person—their struggles, their strengths, their potential, and above all, their humanity. This perspective has enabled me to foster trust quickly, lead with empathy, and create collaborative environments where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

This lens has shaped my approach as a leader, collaborator, and now as the founder of Luminaries, my speaking consultancy. Luminaries is about helping leaders shine—not just in their delivery, but in the clarity and authenticity of their message. Together, we work to uncover what makes their voice unique and align it with their values. Through storytelling, personal branding, and expert communication techniques, I help my clients move hearts, minds, and sometimes even mountains.

This work is deeply personal to me. It’s rooted in my own journey as an entrepreneur, like my time co-founding Between East, where I worked to amplify underrepresented voices and stories from the Middle East and North Africa diaspora. And now, as a mother, I’m even more committed to building a world where diverse voices can thrive and inspire change.
